So I’m posting from an iPhone. Yes, I am probably the last person to get one and I’m well behind the curve when it comes to apps and knowing how to navigate the iOS. How better to test than to post a iPhone photo?
I don’t usually do maternity shoots, but when I do, you’ll look like a rock star… This was one of the most entertaining, fun and easy shoots I’ve done. They truly had everything covered, from locations to props to post-shoot dinner. Breckin’s due to hit the stage any day now. Rock on. \m/
Most of you know that I’ve spent the better part of a year splitting my time between Northern and Southern California. Well that’s all about to change. I’ll be back in Orange County full time by the end of the month and I’m looking forward to shooting a few projects, shooting with photographer-friends old and new and starting a personal project that I’m calling “Shooting for the Wall” in which my goal will be to make images to hang in my own home.
It just isn’t possible to leave the Bay Area without some tourist photos, all taken with the Canon G10 compact point and shoot camera.
On Saturday the 12th I’ll be joining close to 40 other local photographers for the Help-Portrait shoot at the Orange County Rescue Mission.
The objective is simple: find people in need, take their portrait and deliver a print to them.
Photographers, hair and makeup stylists and others are donating their time, equipment and expertise to bring joy to residents of the Mission this holiday season.
I know its short notice, but if you can help, head over to www.help-portrait.com and sign up…
